Emergency Lighting is an extremely important part of workplaces and public places. In an emergency, if power is cut out to the lighting in the eventof a fire or similar then we need to be able to see where we are going to get to the nearest fire escape escape route. Here, Guy explains quite briefly how emergency lighting works and the difference between Non-maintained and Maintained luminaires so you can see which would be appropriate for your install.
