RLT Group are glad to have achieved GOLD standard of the workingwell certificate in recognition of our commitment to employee wellbeing.

The WorkingWell standards are designed to improve the health and wellbeing of the team, in order to reduce and prevent sickness and health issues both now and into the future. It covers healthy eating, physical activity, alcohol reduction, smoking cessation, mental health and wellbeing and health and safety. RLT Group signed up to the programme and have achieved GOLD status.
